All cancelations must be submitted via email to reg@kanakuk.com for documentation purposes. Please specify which Kampers need to be canceled in the initial email. Once our team has processed your cancelation, we will respond with confirmation of your cancelation. 

 

Please review our cancelation policies below so you may be familiar with all cancelation deadlines regarding payments and refunds. 

 

Overnight Kids Kamp Cancelation Policy: 
 K-1, K-2, K-West, K-Kountry, and K-Seven Cancellations (written via e-mail to
reg@kanakuk.com)beforeMarch 1: Deposits will be automatically transferred to a sibling, if no sibling is enrolled, you will receive a full refund of the deposit and any additional payments within 3 weeks of receipt of your cancellation. 
  
Cancellations (written via e-mail toreg@kanakuk.com)afterMarch 1: Your entire deposit will be forfeited and transferred into our scholarship fund. If you decide to cancel after March 1st, please notify our office as soon as possible to provide another child with the Kanakuk experience. Any additional payments will be refundedwithin 3 weeks of receiptof your cancellation. 
  
Cancellations received after May 1 will forfeit the entire deposit and tuition. 

 
K-Kauai Family Kamp Cancelation Policy: 
 K-Kauai Cancellations (written via e-mail toreg@kanakuk.com)before February 1: Deposits will be automatically transferred to your Kanakuk account, if no other family member is attending, you will receive a full refund of the deposit and any additional payments within 3 weeks of receipt of your cancellation.

If you decide to cancel after February 1st, please notify our office as soon as possible to provide another family with the Kanakuk experience. Cancellations received after May 1 will forfeit the entire deposit and tuition. 

 
KampOut! Day Kamp Cancelation Policy: 
 KampOut! Cancellations (written via e-mail toreg@kanakuk.com)before May 15 will receive a full refund of tuition. After May 15 and leading up to 7 days before your KampOut! event, the cancellation will result in a forfeit of a $100 deposit. 

Cancellations received within 7 days of the event, and during the week of KampOut! will forfeit the entire tuition fee.

 

Waiting List Cancelation Policy: 

Deposit is required to secure a spot on any waitlist.  Waitlist cancellations (written via e-mail toreg@kanakuk.com) will receive a full refund. Please notify our office as soon as possible to provide another family with the Kanakuk experience. Payments will be refundedwithin 3 weeks of receiptof your cancellation.
